Here we have some frequently asked questions. We hope you will find your answer here, but if not, please do not hesitate to contact us directly through our Instagram.

01What is my size?

To guide you and help you choose your size, we offer you two options:

  • Help with your size: receive a size recommendation based on your height, body type, etc. You will need to complete a short questionnaire that will take you less than a minute. You’ll find it on each article!
  • Size guide: The size shown online always corresponds to the size on our product tags. We use American and UK sizing for all our items.

On the product page, there is a link to our Size Guide to assist you in matching the displayed size online with your usual size.

If you have any uncertainties before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

02How can I look after my clothes?

Washing

lavado  Machine wash. The number (30º C, 40º C, 60º C, 95º C) indicates the maximum washing temperature.

 

lavado  Machine wash using a normal programm with a short spin. The number (30º C, 40º C, 60º C, 95º C) indicates the maximum washing temperature.

 

lavado  Handwash at 30ºC maximum. Do not rub or wring.

 

lavado Do not wash.

 

Ironing

Planchado alta temperatura  Hot iron: maximum 200ºC. Cotton, linen or viscose.

 

Planchado temperatura media  Medium iron: maximum 150ºC. Wool and polyester mixtures.

 

  Cool iron: maximum 110ºC. Natural silk, rayon, acetate or acrylic.

 

No planchar  Do not iron.

 

01Can I change the delivery address of an order?

At the moment we cannot offer you the possibility of changing the shipping address after the purchase is made. Please make sure you choose the correct address when placing the order.

We continue working to make this process more convenient for you!

02Can I pick up my ordered item by visiting a specific store in person?

Since we operate as an online store and aim to minimize unnecessary trips within the city, we do not offer the option to pick up your purchase in person.

03Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our admin through our Instagram page to submit a cancellation request.

Please bear in mind, if your order is ready to be shipped or has already left the warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel it.

01How can I change my personal details?

You can modify your personal details at any time in the My account > My details area.

02I've forgotten my password. How can I recover it?

When you log in to your account, you will see a link to change your password if you have forgotten it. Then, you will need to enter the e-mail address associated to your account to receive a message with the procedure to follow. It’s very simple!

03How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go, but if you no longer want to be part of the Anahitasadeghi community, you can delete your account in My Details. Please note that if you delete it, you will lose your purchase history and it cannot be recovered.
